Physical Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a physical product (such as merchandise, books, or printed materials), you may request a return.
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will issue either:
- A full refund to your original method of payment, or
- A store credit, based on your preference.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Digital Products and Intellectual Property
All sales of digital products and intellectual property (such as courses, eBooks, downloads, coaching programs, or templates) are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products under any circumstances.
Please make sure you review all product details before purchasing.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged.
